Please be advised as communicated to the team reps during the team rep meetings your team fees are to be paid in full by the end of the 5th week. Starting Week 6 - Monday Oct 26th a $200.00 administration fee is added to all outstanding fees. No games can commence after that if you are not paid in full . I encourage everyone to avoid this charge and have your accounts paid off quickly.

No Sticker No Play starting week 5 of the season so get registered on line under your 4 digit team # at ashl.ca and get your  team waiver signed at the facility when the convenor visits your room. No WS 2009/10 player stickers will be given out until the waiver is signed.

DIVISION ALIGNMENTS  IF NEEDED IN ANY PARTICULAR DIVISION WILL BE DONE AFTER THE CONVENOR HAS AMPLE TIME TO EVALUATE EACH DIVISION. Contact Doug Goodale ( convenor) if you have any concerns with your particular placement before any final alignments are completed by the convenor in the next upcoming weeks.

 All Hamilton ASHL players must register each season under their prospective four digit team#'s PRIOR TO FIRST GAME to be eligible to play in the ASHL. PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE at www.ashl.ca . All players must sign insurance waiver provided by Convenor at season start up ( first game) before any Winter WS2009/10 stickers will be distrbuted to players. Non registered players are not eligible for playoffs and are not insured under the ASHL Accidental Insurance Policy.
