 PAY FOR A PARTICULAR NIGHT TO PLAY ON, THAT IS THE NIGHT YOU PLAY ON , NO OFF NIGHTS , NO BYES. VISA & MASTERCARD ACCEPTED BY PHONE - CALL OAKVILLE CSR AT 905-845-6989 9AM to 10PM DAILY 0R RICK JONES - LEAGUE MANAGER Oaville & Hamilton Leagues AT EX 229 - rjones@icesports.com Payments made by team members after season start up can be made to Holly our CSR at front reception at the Mohawk 4 Pad every Tuesday and Thursday Nights the ASHL runs until end of week 5. which is the full payment deadline for all ASHL Hamilton Teams.

Once registered teams can now make payments via on line from our web site. Please be advised ,team fees are to be paid in full by Oct 31st 2011. Starting Nov 1st/2011 a $200.00 administration fee is added to all outstanding fees. No games can commence after that if you are not paid in full . I encourage everyone to avoid this charge and have your accounts paid off as quickly as posibble to avoid this admin fee.

Mandatory. No Sticker No Play starting week 2 of the  reg season so get registered on line under your 4 digit team # at ashl.ca and get Your team waivers will be given out at the Team Rep meeting On Thursday  Sept 20th /2011 at 7pm at the 4 pad. Team Rep must have all players sign their waivers and the convenor will be around first game to pick them all up No player stickers will be given out until each player has signed the waiver. Any unregistered/ no sticker player/s on the ice during a playoff game? Your team AUTOMATICALLY forfeits the game. No excuses.

DIVISION ALIGNMENTS  IF NEEDED IN ANY PARTICULAR DIVISION WILL BE DONE AFTER THE CONVENOR HAS AMPLE TIME TO EVALUATE EACH DIVISION. THIS USUALLY WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN GAME 3 OR GAME 4. If you have any questions or concerns with regard to your division placement during the course of the season I encourage you to contact the ASHL convenor Val Burrell at vburrell@icesports.com or Rick Jones ASHL League Manager at rjones@icesports.com
